Questions people ask
Is the app free?
Yes. All medicine reminder and profile sharing features are free.
Do reminders work offline?
Yes. Reminders are scheduled on your phone, so they arrive on time without internet. Doses you record are saved and sent when you’re back online.
Can I follow my parent’s medicines from my phone?
Yes. The profile’s owner invites you by email. Once you accept, you see the schedule and history, and you can record doses and get reminders, depending on your role.
Who can see a patient’s data?
Only the profile’s owner and the people they invited, each according to their role. The owner can remove anyone’s access at any time. Our support team can reach data with limited permissions, and every access is logged.
Does the app give medical advice?
No. The app is only an organising and reminder tool and doesn’t replace your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow your doctor’s instructions.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or from the delete-account page on our website. The account is deleted permanently after 30 days, and you can undo it within that time by signing in.
